For the past six years The Freedom Bound Center has supported community visionary "Estella Sanchez" in developing one of Sacramento's Unique Cultural Hub known as the "Sol Collective". I am proud to have worked with this group of community members who dedicate and volunteer many gracious hours to preserving Sacramento's divers cultural practices and evolving cultural efforts.
